All firearm transfers are done via ATF form 4473 and Pennsylvania form SP4-113. You will need to pass a background check through the Pennsylvania instant check system. Individuals purchasing or having a firearm transferred to them need to be 21+ for handguns and 18+ for long guns. We follow all state and federal laws please familiarize yourself with them.
